In Aslidesi sellers receives a payment after dispatch of the products and for sellers with COD options receives a payment within four days after the products are delivered to customers.
Do I need Additional documents to sell Products from brands owned by someone else?
Yes, a seller needs authorized documents from brand owner, if they want to sell products owned by someone else. Seller Support will assist you if any other additional paperwork is required.
Will I get Support for photo-shoot and Catalog Development?
Yes, at Aslidesi a seller can take the advantage to boost their sales, by simply writing a mail at email@example.com opting for the service for photo-shoot and Catalog Development.
What are the service charges applied by Aslidesi? How is it processed (add/deduct)?
In accordance with the seller's agreement, a service fee is charged. Service charges are automatically added to the selling price, and that amount is deducted before paying back to the seller.
Can I do wholesale and retail both from same account?
Yes, you can

• Add the tier price boxes according to your offerings

Can I sell my products domestic and internationally both from one account?
Yes, Aslidesi provides their seller with this special feature, where once a seller is registered it allows them to sell all their products in domestic as well as International market
Who will do packaging of product?
In Aslidesi the seller is fully responsible for the packaging of the products that they sell, and the seller must use the packaging tape provided by us, to pack their products.
Where I will get packaging materials?
In Aslidesi a seller must use the packaging tape exclusively of Aslidesi, which is available on Aslidesi’s site. A seller is suggested to consider packaging cost as a factor while charging a price to customers.
Can I change my verified email address and phone no?
Yes, a seller needs to go to the seller dashboard, click on manage profile following the on-screen prompts, verify yourself from the start and complete the process by saving the changes.
